To celebrate a milestone birthday in lockdown we ordered takeaway from Osteria Dante based on recommendations from others, and could not have been more pleased with the food and service. We had a selection of starters and mains, some specials and some from the main menu, and everything was freshly prepared and tasted fantastic - even something as potentially mundane as a chicken salad was fresh, vibrant and seasoned with a lovely dressing. Portions were generous but not over-facing. Seriously could not fault it at all. I can't believe we've never visited or ordered from here before, but I can guarantee we will be going back!

Had a takeaway from them which was delivered, don’t get loads that will deliver to the Essendon area. The food was amazing, everything tasted really nice. I would highly recommend and definitely order again.
Great little family run restaurant, always friendly and welcoming and the food is outstanding! Fantastic variety of Specials food and Wine! The ambiance offers an intimate meal for 2 or a large party celebration we've been coming here for years and can honestly say it's the best in Potters Bar...come see for yourselves. They also offer take away dining during Lockdown :)
First time ordered delivery. Have two allergies and they were very well catered for! Food delivered on time and it was hot and tasty. Will definitely order again and eat in as soon as I can! Thank you!
Dantes is and will always be my favourite restaurant! I was heartbroken when they closed during the pandemic, but now they are open im thrilled! They're incredibly friendly and super aware of cleanliness which definitely puts your mind at ease! Xx
