When we moved to the area I was quite apprehensive about choosing a GP. I read reviews and asked for recommendations and am so glad we chose Parkfield. What a wonderful clinic and lovely staff! Their care is exceptional and there are always appointments available. Highly recommend.

I have been with them for over 7 years. Now The surgery asks to use Internet. Which is a great idea. But they mess you around in order to make one appointment. I sent email to explain my problem. They say to call the surgery to book an appointment. I called surgery they say call in the morning. I called in the morning they say call at 8am! It’s 4 days I am trying to arrange for appointment. One lady at reception very rude. I asked her, how comes when I call, they get me next day appointments, she said it is all fully booked. I asked to talk to someone else in surgery, she refused by saying they are all on the other lines. I asked, I am happy to hold, she said no. I asked for her name, she refused extremely rude stuff! Very inpatient and rude. I really don’t recommend to anymore.. I have tried to reply to your comment but I count find anyway! I think you very much for reply but your manager has replied and she refused to listen to telephone conversation I have with receptionist. This is very unprofessional! She was very rude I understand NHS stuff might be under pressure but it doesn’t mean to be so rude to patient and be unhelpful! We call for help, not to joke around! Your service is very poor and arrogant!

BAD POINTS SO YOU RING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT & ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH, SO YOU GO ONLINE AND THEIR WEBSITE REFERS YOU TO PRIVATE CHARGED SERVICES & NO WAY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ASIAN FEMALE DOCTOR IN HERE EARLY 30s UPSTAIRS MISDIAGNOSES AND REFUSES REFERRALS OR 2ND OPINIONS HER ATTITUDE STINKS! RECEPTION AVOID THE PHONE AS LONG AS HUMANELY POSSIBLE I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR OVER 2 HOURS THEN GET CUT OFF. NOT A GOOD OR POLITE PRACTICE AT ALL I HAVE ALSO MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL REGARDING THE ASIAN FEMALE DOCTOR THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND THE PRACTICE AS A WHOLE. AVOID AS THEY ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DISSMISS YOU DYING OR NOT!
