Terrible service and always talking to staff while serving me or other customers and not focused every time I go to the potters bar post office. Blonde hair women with glasses put the wrong postal service on my parcels. Had to go back when I looked at the receipt to find out she made a big mistake with my parcels after 10 mins at 11.20am to tell me they had been collected and gone. They need management to straighten there staff out and to be more customer focused than friend focused

I put a post on here last summer about rude staff and surprised that other people are still saying the same thing. I thought their rudeness was just targeted against me but it appears not. Head Office pls do something about it. You can't ignore what people are saying. Rudeness should never be tolerated.

I can understand in these current times that queues are unavoidable. We just have to be patient. But that is no excuse for the rude and surly conduct of the staff. Their behaviour borders on aggressive. For choice I now avoid this particular P.O.

It’s a shame I cannot give this Post Office zero stars. Every time I get served by this lady (middle age/blond/glasses/ponytail) she is rude & abrupt. Shouted at me for standing near the door when I was waiting to come in. She didn’t shout at other customers who did the same! Refused my request for proof of postage - said the post office do not offer this service anymore! She said I should just pop my letter in the post box instead! I asked her for her name & she said NO she wasn’t going to give me her name. Appalling service! No customer service whatsoever.
