Handy shop to get items you can't always pick up from the supermarket. It is also handy for Hermes returns etc. Very polite and helpful.
Lots of products you can literally do all your shopping in this shop

The man behind the counter was rude. So won't be going back.
When this shop opened I thought great, an alternative to Tesco Express, much prefer to support shop like this rather than a faceless company that has done a lot of damage to the high street. I even forgave the quite ghastly neon sign! However, this shop is run by what is probably Potters Bars rudest shopkeeper! I no longer go in there to shop or use any of his services. Kept me waiting because he was on a phone conversation, when I pointed this out he then served me whilst continuing his call. Did this more than once. Will serve you and then start a conversation with what I assume is a member of his family in their own language. General rudeness. Such poor manners. A shame really but in the long run their business will suffer
