EICR - Really great service and really great people! 10/10 done a fantastic job was very quick and very efficient and did not try to add in any hidden fees to try and take more money like most other engineers do. Very fair prices and great value for money! Could not recommend more for such a great all around service after having such bad experiences with really untrustworthy engineers in the past. You can definitely trust and rely on them!

Giorgio from Prime Electrics has once again shown why I use him and his company. Friendly and easy to deal with his approach is very service driven. This is the second time he has done my electric certificate on a property I let, as a Landlord you some times have to search around to get reliable service but from the start of our time with Prime electrics we have found them to be reliable and easy to deal with, most importantly they get the job done. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any one who asks and will be using them again when we next need an electrician.
Landlords stay clear of this company ...... Primelectrics charged 154 for a landlord electrical report. Giorgio took exactly 10 minutes to snap some pictures and email to the office (according to him they will determine if it pass or fail - he was not even brave enough to explain his crafty strategy). Later in the day he emailed me an unsatisfactory certificate because the gas meter is not earthed. The office then send me a quotation for 239 to run an earthing wire less than 1 meter away. When I enquired about the exorbitant cost of running the earthing wire he said \mate you are free to get another electrician to do it but you'll have to pay them to re-test the property\. Primelectrics strategy is clearly to give a reasonable price for the certificate and then an overkill on the remedial work. In the end I got a very competent and professional electrician to run the earthing wire for 60. Shame on you Primelectrics, companies like you who take advantage of these regulations will soon run out of jobs... You will be found out.....
Giorgio was great. Did the landlords EICR for us which was unsatisfactory then went back to fix the issues and issue the final certificate. Great thing was he was able to co-ordinate both appointments with the tenant directly. Very efficient and professional.
PrimElectrics carried out an EICR certificate for me, Giorgio was extremely professional and very helpful, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services to anyone!
