We have been customers of this Prontaprint for over 30 years both in business and personal capacity. In all this time we have found their approach to be professional and helpful. Just by chance I looked at the negative reviews posted within last few days and was shocked. I contacted the business and they were surprised to see the content as nobody could recollect serving these customers. It looks like a concerted, conspiratorial and juvenile attempt to affect the business as they are all posted within days of each other in a joint effort. This is the precise reason why social media needs to be treated with caution.
Absolutely ridiculous pricing! Paid 12 for 14 pages, and even then the end result had colour streaking.
Very poor service, very very poor. Prices so disgusting I had to go back to the cash point for more cash! This was all to print a couple of leaflets! I feel robbed and upset! Up the road is much better in my opinion! I really have never felt so bad after such a poor service! In fact! I can’t get over the treatment from the staff! In fact! My leaflets are not even glossy!
Just popped in to get a quote for a mass printing of leaflets. Was told they won’t print my leaflets as there is too much colour! Went to another store down the road and had no problems!
