Shisha was good cocktails were amazing highly recommended. The lady that took our drink order was lovely she was so friendly and great with her recommendations.

Shisha was very good and well priced, staff knew what to recommend and gave good advice. Drinks were priced fine for the area but a little disappointing if you didn’t get a cocktail as mixers were flat. Some issues with the staff the lady who took our drinks was so rude, rolling her eyes and huffing/ being quite arrogant if you didn’t want a cocktail, was possibly the worst service I’d ever received. Yet the other staff were very helpful and polite. Music is R&B and grime, not my vibe but can see the crowd it appeals to, this is just my opinion and not a negative. Service was quite slow, drinks take a while and we had to chase the bill 3 times. Decor is nice and heating is very good for the colder evenings, I can see this place as a bit of a money trap.
Good food and shisha. It's a completely different atmosphere on Saturday - theres a DJ and it's a much younger crowd. Personally I prefer it on the weekdays. Good service too.
What an amazing lounge, definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a smooth smoking experience with great flavour choices. PSG Shisha has made it in to my top 5 shisha lounge’s list. Food and desserts are amazing as well. Not to forget the hospitality was 5 star. Can’t wait to go back!
Adam, Kandi and the entire team looked after us for my birthday Shisha night. They treated us very warmly and we felt like ROYALTY. We will definitely be a regular for the great vibes and positive energy!!!
