My first property purchase! and couldn't of wished for a better estate agent. Theo was dealing with my purchase and was super clear from the start and turned my thoughts into reality by explaining and responding to my questions very efficiently. Even after the sale they have been very responsive and supportive. I was worried about the horror stories of estate agents with hidden agendas and who lack transparency, but that did not even cross my mind at any point whilst working with Raine and Co.
Theo was excellent. First rate service from start to finish. Kept us fully up to date and handled the whole process with aplomb. Cannot speak more highly.
Theo has been absolutely amazing from start to finish with helping us buy our first hone together. He has kept us in the loop with every minor detail, been really informative when viewing different properties and he's very relatable with how he speaks. Its never felt like he's been pushing us to buy just anywhere - he's always ensured thats its been the right decision for us.
