If you want to purchase a decent bike that is properly set up this is the place to come. The staff are really helpful and clearly have a lot of expertise. I recently bought a road bike here and have been very impressed with the service, help and advice that has been given. The repair service is excellent as you have experts working on your bike unlike some stores.

Popped in for a new chain, he even fitted it for me whilst I waited. Now you can't ask for better service than that. So I bought some brake blocks as well. Great shop, best equipment and superb knowledge.

The rudest people ever, I’ve tried to use them twice to purchase a new bike and received such bad attitude that I’d rather go and spend my money elsewhere. They are a rip off and clearly not interested in new business. Don’t bother going there, plenty of other shops selling bikes that are much more professional and customer focused.

This is the first chance I've had to review my Kuwahara Supernova purchased in 1986, 34 years ago. From a disappointing Xmas 1985 in receiving a Raleigh Racer, my mum and dad decided that they would treat me for the following Xmas. We took a trip to your store in Woodhouse Road and i set my heart on this bmx. I couldn't believe it when my mum said that I could have it. 220! Yes... 220! The bmx cost more than a car my dad bought from the local paper! It has been cherished over the years but dumped in my garage for the past 20years. This morning my son said that he wanted to fix it up. So after an hour or so of changing the back wheel, a little bit of oil and a clean, there he was riding up and down the street with a massive grin over his face! Just goes to show that if you look after your stuff, they last! Thank you Short Rochford Cycles for making my childhood a happy one!
