These are the worst solicitors that I have ever used in my time as an Estate Agent and as a Mortgage Adviser. Only used them once, they almost crunched the sale, consistently lied about what was outstanding and never stuck to the dates they set for exchange (they set about 5 dates in total) A sale that should've taken 6 weeks to complete took 12 weeks, in that time we lost the sellers respect and any other subsequent business that would've been forth coming from him!!!

Don't waste your time and money with these solicitors! I was after a Single Will following my cancer diagnosis. I explained to Mrs Sainaz Lalloo (head of Wills and Probate) how urgent this was for me in case the worst happened and I wanted my little girl to benefit from my life insurance. Mrs Lalloo seemed to understand my concern and reassured me that I will be receiving my first draft in the following couple of weeks. I was not asked for a deposit or taken through their terms and conditions. The charge was confirmed as 210 and I was happy with that - I just needed the will done as soon as possible. It was three weeks before I received an envelope from this firm and all it contained was a general print out of their terms and conditions they wanted me to sign, a new quote of 300 with no explanation and no sign of the first draft of the will. I wrote to Mrs Sainaz Lalloo to express my disappointment. She never bothered to reply. Add comment

TERRIBLE, STAY AWAY!!! I would give 0 stars if Google gave it as an option!! I have worked with dozens of solicitors and these are by far the WORST. Unprofessional, discourteous, poor communication, and that's towards their CLIENTS!! They are sure to screw you transaction up for a very good price!!

Absolutely diabolical service stay away from them had to sign a form at 5 o'clock the night before completion as they forgot about absolute rubbish never use them again.
