Driver came to pick us up from airport very early in the morning. Voicemail left on phone when we switched our phones on to say driver broken down; they are sending another driver. I had a missed call from.the driver , I called him.and he said he would be 45-50 minutes. I texted the driver to say where we are and to call when he arrived. He arrived over an hour later. He said he was in zone D. We searched and searched for him for 15 minutes. When I found him, he was in zone C, just in front of the signs that said zone D. He started to shout at me, right up to my face, threatening me, and refused to move the taxi to zone D where my children and three suitcases were waiting. He said he was going to charge me a fee for making him wait around, I got very angry and shouted at him to say he's not in zone D and I'm not paying any extra charge. He started to get very close and yelling at me, so my husband came over to warn him not to threaten me because I was quite scared. At which point he drove off. I phoned the taxi company and they didn't seem particularly bothered by this and said they'd send him back. I was so frightened and upset I am glad he did not return. We ended up getting a wonderful taxi from the airport taxi service. Great driver, spotless, roomy car. What a difference.

This is my first experience taking a cab ride out of a London airport. Overall great experience. I arrived in Gatwick earlier than expected and my cab driver was right on time. He was friendly and professional; the ride was smooth and I got to my destination earlier than expected. Highly Recommended! Thank You!!
Customer service terrible. Unreliable. Not sure the company know what false advertisement they hold on their website so just a warning to others thinking this company seems reliable. Just get an uber. My partner and I booked a cab with this company yesterday at midday for a pick up from potters bar over 6.5 hours later to drop us on a local journey. 5 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up I had a missed call on my phone from the cab company, I called back immediately and was told that they were super busy and wouldn't make our service. How much more time in advance do you need to book a 15 minute cab journey, why wasn't 6.5 hours enough? To top it off the person on the phone was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful and had the cheek to say they were trying to get hold of me for hours and when I had them look into this they then admitted that the only time they tried to call was 5 minutes before supposedly picking us up. When trying to explain my disappointment to whoever the rude individual was on the phone he just mocked my voice before hanging up. These cab companies wonder why businesses like uber are taking over.
Excellent experience from this service, prompt and quick to reach destinations on both legs of journey. Drivers courteous and helpful, vehicles spotless and very comfortable. Not the cheapest but I would consider them very good value for money, and don't hesitate to recommend them or use again.
The drivers are always very polite and friendly. Always happy to have a friendly conversation. Very good prices and always on time. Recommend to anyone.........
