I was looking for a college to pass my initial verification and inspection and test for electrical installation and a friend referred me to Potters bar centre which I found it’s very good specially the tutor which was experienced , patient and very educated, I’m so happy with this centre and will recommend anyone who want to get their certificate to register with then.

I did my 2391-51 at potters bar and Wendy was my tutor. The course was made very simple because of the knowledge of Wendy, she explained things in such simple terms for everyone to understand. There was a lot of information to take in but Wendy never made us panic always calm keeping it real. The Venue was great, lunches and snacks were brilliant, I have already got my work Collegue to contact this place so he can finish his qualifications, And once a new regulation comes out I will definitely be heading there! Thanks again Wendy legend.

The only thing they care about is money. We have had a horrible experience with them and won't be going back or sending anyone for their courses. My cousin who had a language barrier (even for the payment I was the one who spoke to them over the phone for the payment) It was clear as day and night that he won't meet the criteria but they did not raise this issue until the examination. When we ask for the refund as he wanted to go to English lesson we have been sent pages of email about their T's and C's as they never wanted to return. When I wanted to speak to Operations Manager as a human to explain him the situation he never wanted to speak or returned my calls. During this horrible term( I mean Covid) I was expecting more humanity but so far their smiling face is there until they get the money.

Completed the 2 day City and Guilds 2377-77 course with Wendy as our tutor, who was excellent. She obviously had a lot of real world experience to pass on, which she did in a very clear and friendly manner, even though she was suffering from a bad back. She was more than happy to elaborate on areas where people were struggling and gave detailed drawings and descriptions. I Feel it important to point out that of a group of 6 students, only 3 of us passed the theory exam. The 3 who unfortunately failed had no past electrical experience and were sent by their companies. Wendy made it very clear that because of the high risk of injury and damage that faulty equipment could cause to others, if incorrectly passed instead of failed, that it is very important whoever was responsible for looking after the electrical equipment must fully understand what they are undertaking. I personally found this very reassuring, as part of the reason I took this cause was to make sure I understand what is required and have the confidence to put that into practise. For those that failed, Wendy was very positive, highlighting the areas they were strongest, which areas they needed to revise and offering to rebook the exam when there were free spots on future courses, plus staying behind to go over areas they needed guidance. I would be very surprised if they didn't pass on their second attempt, but felt it should be noted that the 3 day course would probably have been better for them, as there is a lot of information to take in on a 2 day course if you have no previous experience.

I did my 2391-52 at potters bar, Wendy was my tutor. The course was perfectly delivered, plenty of materials provided for revision and homework. It was intense, a lot of information but Wendy was amazing. Very knowledgable and a great tutor. Venue was great, lunches and snacks were spot on. Look forward to training with them again

Just completed the 2391-52 course with Technique Learning Solutions at Potters Bar. Wendy was my tutor (yes she is an electrician!). She's massively knowledgeable with years of experience in all aspects of electrical installation, design and testing and inspection. Its an intense course made both interesting and entertaining by Wendy who did a fantastic job of getting us through it all. I'd have no hesitation in returning to a course run by Wendy for my next electrical qualification. Thank you TLS!

Excellent place to get your professional training courses. I did my C&G 2391-52, Inspection and Testing from their Potters Bar centre and the tutor Wendy was very friendly who manages to progress quickly but has time and lots of patience for questions. The study material I have been provided in the course was very useful to pass the exam. Also, I got multiple choice question papers at the end of each day to practice at home and ask any question I may have in the class the next day. She went through the theory but used a lot of real-life example to make it digest easily. The customer service especially Chris and Cory been really helpful over the phone. Looking forward to do my next PAT testing and EV charging course from them again. Highly recommended!!
