Overpriced for call out and parts. Plumbers Mate completed a service without identifying an underlying fault with the boiler, which should have been easily spotted based on the results and within two weeks, the boiler stopped working. I felt ripped off and needed to get another company out to complete another service. I wasted 200 in the process.

I tried for weeks to find someone to fix a leaking sink, and couldn’t get anyone to make time for a small job as everyone only wanted the high paying boiler jobs this time of year.
