Hiya, Well... What can I say? Supurb service received from TSG today 21/01/21 Thank you Simon for diagnosing the boiler fault last Tuesday. Thank you Freja and Jasmin for getting in touch with me regarding a super fast arranged appointment. And a massive thank you to Gareth who attended today and spent 3hrs sorting out the boiler which now seems to be working perfect. Can't thank you guys enough for the super service I've received from you all.

Avoid at all costs, a company that's happy to leave you without heating for weeks. I escalated the issue multiple times and they claim I will get a call back from a supervisor but they never call back. Multiple appointments cancelled for no apparent reason. Wouldn't go near them if I had a choice.
terrible customer service.. Have to use them as its the company the landlord use.. twice now they have failed to show only for me to find out through the landlord they sent a letter the day before advising me of this? not even the decency to ring and advise? Who puts a letter in the post the day before they are due and thinks its going to get to the recipient on time? NOT sure if you are aware but there is currently a pandemic going on so post etc is taking longer than normal.. do the right thing and pick up the phone and call
Gutted. complete bodge job been done on my home. Rather than putting the boiler in a convenient cupboard like most houses I have a huge boiler in the kitchen that we actually bang our heads on as it comes right over a tiny kitchen side... and as for the white tubing theyve cut put together and drilled to my wall outside its appalling in every way. When they could have just not been lazy and put it somewhere else so as I could have space in my already tiny kitchen .When I said my radiators need looking at for parts I was told... oh well ya missed out on that so cant even turn them. Please people.look into where your boiler can be fitted because they won't help if it means a fall day for them. They only do half a day's job so as they don't have to put it where appropriate. Dont let them mug you off. Its not fair. They wouldn't live like it so why should we.
On Monday night all my electrics went out. So Tuesday I called the electrician who came out and discovered it was the boiler leaking. So then had to call TSG. Glyn was brilliant. Had all the parts he needed and cleaned up after the job was done. He then went above and beyond and put the plugs on the the electrician left open. So again big thank you to Glyn for a wonderful service.
