I ordered my stage during a large shortage of stock and was told the same day that it would be quite a while until it was ready. I didn’t budget for the delivery cost so I spoke to Lara who assured me I could pick the stage up from the warehouse and be refunded delivery. Over the weeks I emailed to make sure the pole will still come eventually and each time Lara replied assuring everything was still going ahead! When it was time to pick up my pole I ended up having to ask for delivery as I wasn’t able to drive to London, Lara was incredibly understanding and still proceeded to help me through the delivery process! As much as it was a shame the pole wasn’t ready when I ordered a few months ago, the constant contact and help from x-pole made everything smooth so I can’t complain at all! Currently waiting for UPS to send my stage

Now it's set up I'm really happy with my pole. I'm pleased a spent a little extra on this than one of the cheaper models I found online during my (extensive!) research before buying my first pole. The quality is great, and I really love the included carry/ storage case so I feel it's really great value. The customer service can't be faulted. I had an issue with one of the parts on arrival, I phoned up and spoke with Spencer in tech support who rushed to rectify the issue for me with no unnecessary fuss. I highly recommend.

Great quality poles and the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, Abbi has been extremely patient with me and helped me immensely so I cannot thank her enough! Whenever I have spoken to the technical team they have been brilliant also. Highly recommend.

I am a first time customer, I had heard good things about the products x pole sell so was excited to purchase with them. However, there customer service team is absolutely amazing! Due to Covid I was worried about the shipment but the customer service team out my mind at ease, responded quickly to emails, acted kind and professional and made the experience very calm and positive! Any concerns I had they addressed immediately and made the hole process run smoothly!
