Last weekend I held my Big Birthday Dinner at Joseph Hyde. Food was out of this world, fresh produce, absolutely scrumptious. Everyone’s favourite would be the slow cooked lamb, just melted in your mouth. You can taste the love and the effort Lou had put in, as she was the Chef for the night! Everyone felt it, as I received so many fantastic feedback from the people who attended. The Service was outstanding, Portland, Luke and the team just made it a very special night! I chose to have it at Joseph Hyde to support our local businesses as during Covid they had done it tough.

Can you please change your falafel bowl back to the old one? The new one is not good. It’s also 4 more so should be better. :-)

Amazing!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only problem was so slow, there were only five or six people at the time, but our food came in at least half an hour, and there was only one cook in the kitchen. But we will come back again.
Awesome no frills laneway cafe, great coffee & food and efficient service.
Ordered the mushroom on toast and it was not just basic but also didn't match the menu description. There was no basil in it, the Granola was simply pepita seeds and the extra poached egg was overcooked. Very disappointed
