Inspections are performed using our state-of-art Mitutoyo Crysta Apex S 574 Coordinate Measuring Machine and Deltronic DH216 16"​ Horizontal Bench-Top Comparator System. The inspection process also includes verifying the measurements, tests and gauges applied to certain characteristics regarding an item. These obtained measurements/results are then compared to specified print requirements and standards to ensure the produced product meets these specifications. Our Statistical Process Control (SPC) software collects data at every stage of the manufacturing process. We then review the data to enhance our manufacturing process while confirming the quality and integrity of the final product before on time delivery.
