The guy was very helpful as far as getting my ulefone armor 9E phone operational I am thankful for that, however he made a mistake in putting data only package. Now the return department says they are unable to see my recent transactions therefore are unable to refund me for the mistake the guy had made. They have told me that because they can't see that on my account the can't give me money back very very angry about this. Giving me the run around for about two hours and still not resolved at this point.
