I had an appointment and they decided to send all of their students home before my appointment and not call me. All they said was “ I saw your appointment, next time leave contact information.” There won’t be a next time, try looking in the phone log or teach your students to take down customer phone numbers.

Hey y'all! Any one in Schuylkill County and want a beauty day go to Empire Beauty School Pottsville, PA 17901 on route 61. Have nothing but greatness to brag about! Gabrielle, Taylor, Kate, Nicole, and a few more students I forget their names, that are all fantastic! Got a perm this morning - hadn't had one in about 35yrs. It looks so wonderful and I'm so happy with the results! Gabrielle was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. She was very gentle, concerned and efficiently did a great job putting all those rods in without pulling my hair. She explained everything step by step from beginning to end of the process. I'll be back for sure and will recommend Gabrielle and any of the students at Empire Beauty school.

I love coming to this location. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for a number of year and I love knowing that there is consistency across the classes of students. Mrs.Diane and Mrs.T are amazing teachers and I’m alway happy to come have my hair done by the students they teach. I have driven an hour just to come HERE to get my hair done.

Went to the Pottsville School today for a quick beard clean up and a shave. Was nervous at first because as I walked in I remembered these are students. But that’s where my nervousness ended. From the front desk all the way to the chair, very professional and put me at ease quickly. Maddie did a great job and whenever she was unsure the teacher was right there to assist. Will be going back.

Curly hair issues lol Made an appointment to get some layers in my hair and straighten. I was happy with my hair cut but when it came to my hair being straighten that's another story. You can tell these students don't get much education on curly/ textured hair. They used so many hair products my hair ended up looking greasy.
