I just had my baby here a month ago & I can honestly say it was a good experience. Initially I did not wanna give birth in this hospital because of the bad reviews but the labor & delivery unit here is a whole different story. The rooms are pretty clean & nice & most of the staff are super nice , caring & helpful. I had a c-section & the team was outstanding & made me feel very comfortable. I’m happy with my choice of choosing this hospital to bring my daughter into the world. Thank you for making it a great experience for me & my daughter!!

Called to get the hours for the lab and the switchboard dumped me into a phone system before I could finish my sentence. The phone system gave 6 options to choose - only 4 worked. I hung up after waiting on hold. Drove to the facility and was nearly rear ended by a staff member flying into the parking lot. Greeted at the desk by a nice woman but was sent to a kiosk to type in my procedure request. Fine for me I guess, but the elderly couple behind me? Not as easy. This hospital is an excellent example of a profit-driven business model with no value for humanity nor the dedicated staff that work hard here every day. The changes made to a hospital that generations have counted on for their very life are amateur at best and Board members need to experience these deficiencies first-hand. In the meantime, I'd suggest St. Luke's for a better experience.

Simply if you're in pain, don't stop here. Had a tic bite which was very painful. They x-rayed my hip and pelvis. Bite was on my thigh. Told me I was good and that they would not give me narcotics. I didn't ask for any. Not paying that bill

Sent my results to a doctor that was not my doctor. They just happen to have the same last name. When I contacted them they wanted my doctor who was the one, who sent the prescriptions to them to write a letter requesting the results. I called them back saying no way u screwed up because u can't read. Finally made them send the results. Have to go back and have the test redone in 6 months, time is up. Wells my information in the computer has me never having a test there nor my doctor sending the prescriptions over. The prescriptions where sent for the second time and still have no record of getting them. That time I made them give me the fax number but they didn't get them. Time to get my results and go to another hospital.

I was forced by my workplace to go to the ER .When I arrived at the hospital I was quickly diagnosed, given a few tests, then sat on a bed in the ER hallway for 3 hours before being released. Everyone I had contact with was nice. My complaint is with the bill. MRI scan...1990 for 2 minute head scan. Lab tests...1320 for blood tests, though I was discharged before I knew what they were testing for. ER doctor that quickly looked me over when I arrived...1099. And after paying for the doctor, the MRI, and the lab tests there is an additional 2290 charge for unspecified medical services. And, of course, they want to get paid right away, just like the ambulance and the EMT. That's a lot of money to pay for sitting in the ER hall for a few hours.
