Great people and staff was fun too. Until you get the bill!! over 250 for a visit to use their ball and bands, them to manipulate your extremity and maybe 15 minutes on the tens unit! Let alone the initial eval.... over 400! Then they don’t offer a discount because “it’s what your insurance says you owe them”! I mean thank god for insurance because they dropped each visit by half the cost but I’ll do the exercises at home!

The staff are very caring and compassionate to the care you are seeking. Staff are highly competent and professional when working with you during your treatments. They listen to what you need and work with you to develop a plan of treatment that meets your needs. Hours are very accommodating and scheduling flexible when needed to get in for a flareup . Franco continues to provide exceptional care to my family. I would highly recommend family, friends, and co-workers for treatment at Phoenix!!!

2nd time i have been here. I would not want to yave my treatment at another physical therapy place, the staff treats u well, exceptional treatment, makes u feel at home, i have had good help with my problems, and they fixed the first problem, condtantly check on you to see if ur ok. This is one place i would reccomend to anybody that is looking for very good therapy.
