DO NOT GO HERE!!!! TEAR DUCT PLUGS WERE PUT IN BOTH MY EYES WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION! THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT TOLD DR I HAD VERY DRY EYES. HE THEN SAID HOLD STILL AND PROCEEDED TO PUT PLUGS IN MY 4 TEAR DUCTS. HE DID NOT EXPLAIN THIS PROCEDURE BEFORE HAND AND HE LEFT THE ROOM IMMEDIATELY AFTER SAYING COME BACK IN 4 WEEKS. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT THEN SAID SIGN HERE IT'STHE CONSENT FOR THE PROCEDURE. MY EYES WERE BURNING AND EXTREMELY BLURRY SO I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS SIGNING. CONSENT MUST BE GIVEN BEFORE A PROCEDURE!! 1500.00 Bill came in the mail!!!! It is illegal to get consent after you perform a medical procedure with no explanation to the patient!!

My bf went in to get his eye checked. I had to stay out due to covid. He texted me to tell me he needed surgery and to come in. I went in and they allowed me in. Everyone was kind and allowed me in the rooms to be supportive for him. They were kind and caring to him. They gave him a warm blanket. After seeing the needle go in his arm, i felt like i was going to pass out, they got me water and walked me to the waiting room. The surgery went well. The nurse walked him outside to ensure his safety. They gave him juice and crackers. Everyone was nice and caring. Thank you.

Very rude the woman that runs the optical wanted my special needs son to wear a mask when he cant would allow face shield told me to come back in a year and wanted myself to wear a mask as well when it is a felony for me to do so and she also asked for documentation for why we couldn't wear masks witch is a violation of our rights you will be hearing from my attorney

I wish I could give this place less than one star, but unfortunately i can't. The staff here is in incredibly rude and pushy. They cannot manage paper trails properly. We were forced to pay 125 before our visit was even initiated. We were told we paid way too much when we checked out. Then we were later heckled to pay them back the money we were refunded. We had a hard time picking the frames out that we thought were nice. Staff there insisted he kept looking. Showing our 4 year old son flashy brands of glasses that he had no interested in, trying to convince him to get frames that were more expensive. We asked for his prescription so we can go elsewhere and they refused to give it to us. Had to argue over the phone until we could get it. Very long wait time. Dont waste your time. Not a good place at all. Our poor kiddo just needed glasses.
