This is a great store and I was able to find the dog food I was looking for relatively easily. I am going to be a new dog owner soon and this store had a lot of d food, toys, supplies and other items I will need to raise her. The store was very clean and organized and staff were helpful.
The dog trainer went way out of his way to help me buying a suitable type of muzzle for my dog, who seemed like she could be quite aggressive. He is someone I will definitely hire to train my dog because of his demeanor. Excellent young man!
Placed an online order for in-store pick up on a Saturday morning. Arrive at the store 230 on Saturday afternoon and there’s a sign on the door that they are closed until later in the day. This is unacceptable. I could see associates inside so attempted to call the store to no avail. I called Petco‘s main number, canceled my order and initiated a refund. Thankfully there’s a Petsmart right up the road which is where I will be bringing all my business from now on. Thanks for the inconvenience!
They have most of your needs but always under staffed. Every time I am there unless it's just a coincidence? Always friendly service. A associate can do only so much when worn thin. ((( I GET IT )))
