Empress Critique

The male staff member with the long-grey hair in a pony is lovely and does an excellent job at manning the entrance and exit door. I found him very polite and helpful. Management are too cheap to hire more staff within the shop itself, hence why other staff are too stressed and constantly back-biting them. It just lets the man at the door down, that's all I'm saying.
