Worst Customer service ever, at this Airtel store... They behaved like thugs, And they gave me an excuse that OTP is not working come after two days.. This is the second time that they are giving me excuse.. I had visited the store to get my my sim changed from Postpaid to Prepaid. On calling 121 they confirmed that there is no such issue.. And when I asked the store executive to speak to the customer care executive whom I called while waiting at the store, she refused to do so, and in two minutes she was no where to be seen.. And as always the store manager is missing.... On inquiring if i could please have a word with any senior to address my concern.. I get a reply that her manager has told not to call her for "Small" issues.. Hello Airtel management, Whats happening?

I went to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid. And the shop suddenly ran out of sim cards. And apparently the sim cards were not available for a week. These are are double standards from Airtel. While converting from prepaid to postpaid, everything is available but for reverse all you hear is excuses.

3 rd class store very poor service. I advise to all never go in this store . for mobile bill payment the take first cash after 7 to 8 hours they will pay the bill. Very very bakwasss service in this store
