Poor customer service. The staff of Store at Galleria Hiranandani Powai are unprofessional and non cooperative. When I went for porting they were very helpful but when I am trying to contact their staff Mr Haroon who assisted me in completing porting he does not respond not replies to messages sent to him. I am presently with out any connection. My old SIM is disconnected and Airtel SIM which I opted is not activated. I wish to port back to my previous service provider. Very poor service regret opting for Airtel which claims high standards of customer service.

The worst gallery I have ever visited among Mumbai. They first deny to recharge your mobile if you are prepaid customer. Then later in case you ask to pay using Credit card (digital payment) they ask you the machine is not working urge you to pay cash onlyand the moment I paid the cash in just a moment when someone came to pay the postpaid bill they accepted the.card and said the machine started working. The silly and dumb executives who openly lie to you without any fear. If there was option to give less than 1 star would have preferred that.

The staff are quite responsive and got my issue with the Airtel sim fixed in about half an hour. During the pandemic, they are taking necessary care as well.
