We are so happy with Seven Spears. It has been my dream for my daughter to learn Jiu Jitsu so she can be more confident and learn skills for self defense. The instructors are patient but firm and amazing instructors. My daughter is getting great exercise and is becoming more confident. I couldn’t be happier!

Stephanie and the staff at Seven Spears are the best! Very professional yet keep it entertaining for my two kids. They are getting more and more confident with each lesson. They both started with no background so there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Stephanie and her staff are excellent. The instructors are wonderful and really know how to captivate and teach a class of kids. My 6 year old loves attending Seven Spears and has learned a lot since starting a few months ago. There is a big focus on respect, helpfulness, listening, camaraderie, etc. I recommend it to everyone looking for a place for their children to learn martial arts!

Our family loves this gym!!! The professors and instructors are methodical, patient and will work you with you 1;1 to get you to your goal and mastery in martial art techniques. The classes are extremely fun and the people who are part of the gym feel like a tight, unified family!

Seven Spears has an AMAZING kids program. A friend highly recommended we check this place out and so happy we did. My son has been going here for the past 6 months and LOVES it. We started with the kids Muay Thai program and just added the kids Jiu-Jitsu program as well. Each class is different, challenges the students to improve their skills and work hard, as well as teaches the kids the importance of respect, hard work and discipline. All the coaches are fantastic at working with kids and are great at providing the attention they need to ensure they are doing everything correctly. The classes are fun, high energy and provides lots of physical activity. My son is exhausted and sweaty after each class. We love it here! Highly recommend Seven Spears!
