The people are so professional and always explaining everything.
I wish I was able to give this location at least 3 stars but it is a tough call. My taxes have been in process for way too long. My accountant is a very kind person but does not reply to emails until weeks later if ever. It has been a matter of sitting, waiting and guessing. Only to find out there has been no progress. My previous experience at other locations has been more positive
Mr. Robert McGrath has a plethora of knowledge and is always helpful. He takes his time to explain taxes and the process for receiving a tax return. He is patient and provided us with exceptional customer service.
I hate filling out paperwork for the government.
