Something really shady about not being able to give me a price unless I come in, especially during a pandemic, during which many other providers have created safe alternatives for their customers. Not these guys. (Mind you, used car dealerships give you prices over the phone). I really wish I could post my screenshots from my conversation. I offered to do a consultation on Zoom or over the phone and they said "no you have to come in so we can discuss your weight and goals." Hmmmm.... Yeah no thanks. Sounds like a total gimmick to me. There are TONS of options for unlimited classes online for 20 or less. Crunch fitness does a 90 day free trial and 10 a month for online. Les Mills Kickboxing is 20 a month. There are WAY less shady options if you want to go online.

Fun classes that really produce results! Great team of coaches and phenomenal customer service. They're also doing a great job in keeping up with COVID-19 regulations and sanitation

Big disappointment! I had purchased 5 classes thru Facebook and once I took my first class I ended up purchasing 60 additional classes that cost more than 1200. Then covid happened, I have been stuck at home homeschooling 4 kids. And today ILK told me all my classes expired! I used only 6 classes. I understand covid wasn't their fault but being stuck at home with my kids also out of my control. on top of all the stress, now I lost over thousand dollars for nothing! Update: Well, thank you for your reply. First of, I knew I couldn't commit to a regular schedule that is why I paid extra money per class and opted out to purchase bulk classes instead of a membership. I had a hectic schedule for couple months because of health problems. Just because I used few classes in the first half, are you implying I wasn't planning on using these classes? These are group classes by the way, it's not like I am taking a private instructor's time who was gonna make your company money otherwise. I am also not asking for a refund, me joining a group class is not gonna lose your business any money. I am only asking to be able to use the classes I paid for. We are in a pandemic, things are out of everyone's control. I dont understand why these classes expire in these extreme circumstances.

Shame on you for advertising your FREE 6 week challenge!!! There is nothing free about 499 or 165 a month and “unlimited access“ to a single in person class otherwise.... zoom. Wait what? I can do THAT at home and NOT get COVID or swindled! I was excited.... sincerely believed u were on the up and up “FREE” to promote and get new members for the long haul. Which you may have! had you not be so deceitful. BE HONEST! And don’t waste my time. I matter.

The ILKB Poway team is amazing and there is nothing else like it in the area! The ILKB brand itself is pretty reputable and is known for it's tough workouts/strong sense of community. Knowing that, this Poway location is no different. The workouts are freakin tough and the instructors all have their own personality and make it a joy to workout. I live in San Diego, CA and know how many restrictions have been put on gyms since the start of COVID, so I am really thankful they do their best to follow the rules and keep all the members safe. They have 2 options for joining the studio which are membership or challenge. All of the information is laid out online or you can simply schedule an appointment to discuss with them. Not sure why people leave a 1 star when you can easily just call to get the info. Either way, I really enjoy working out here and have seen good results! Keep up the good work team Poway!

love the community and the ambiance of this kickboxing/gym, the coaches are amazing, full of energy and have created an awesome environment. i highly recommend them. i drive 25 minutes everyday to get here and get my sweat on, thats how awesome they are.

ILKPoway is the best hour of my day. I been coming here for about a year off\\on. When I first came here I was about 215lbs, I’m now down to 185lbs and counting. All the Staff here are awesome and will always motivate you to do your Best. But the real life changer is their meal plans. They teach you what to eat and they cater it to your needs.
