I lost 78 pounds with Jenny Craig and have kept it off for 10 years! I’ve gone back to the program when my weight starts to creep up by 15 pounds but most of the years I’ve not needed to because the counselors helped me manage my food portions and increase my steps. I wear a FitBit which helps a lot. Their food is delicious and the weight will fall off by just following the plans. It’s a little pricey but not when I looked at how much I was spending on fast food! I’m so much healthier and happier now. I’m worth the investment and the program was the only one that worked for me. Iris Kilpatrick
