I have been shopping at this Steinmart for the last 20 years. It is my favorite store. I pass by it practically ever single day. What happened? Did the buyers change? Did their manufacturers change? I left there today, wanting to update my entire wardrobe (spend hundreds of dollars) and left with nothing. That has never happened. Petites is practically non-existent with the same clothes that I saw there 4 months ago. These were never very high end clothes but now they are incredibly cheap. Cheap looking. The styles are blah, the colors are unattractive and the materials are sub par. I am really disappointed. I used to leave that store loving my purchases and the great deals and even when I wasn't needing anything I found lots of stuff I liked. I will be shopping clothes in another place from now on.

Pricing is not clear and they just say it was put in the wrong place. Item had been marked down 3 times and it was in the Red Dot section which was another 25% off. When I went to pay I was told it didn't belong in that section. And the price marked was the cost. I drive 30 minutes to get to Steinmart and that won't be happening any more. Beware of pricing if you want to shop there. This was not the first time signage was not clear!!
AMAZING STYLES AND GREAT PRICES...I LOVE THIS STORE
Bought a pair of jeans there with rhinestones and Pearl's on the leg. I sat down and all of them popped off the leg!! Took them back for refund. When I was there before, I applied for a credit card and was approved. As I was walking in the store it stated that if you had the card it was a sale of 20% off. Received NO NOTICE of this via email or mail. Nut man they sure sent me that bill quick...
Always a great shopping spot. Well organized and neat. Great variety.
