Unfortunately Norm's RV Parts and Service is closing their doors. I've know and used Norm's RV and they have always been a great place for parts and service. I will miss Norm's RV and The Extremely Nice People.

I went on my first RV adventure with the family and the family pets. We took a trip to our local mountains and we had a blast! The team at Norm’s RV Rental & Service we’re extremely patient and helpful explaining all I needed to know to venture out on my first RV experience. I would like say thanks to Suzie, Sue, Todd and Ap for your professional and courteous customer service, I will see you when I take my next RV trip!
Jose was amazing! The office staff also helped get me in asap when my water pump died in my diog grooming trailer. I recommend Norm's to anyone needing rv. repairs!
Had hail damage to our great Artic Fox 5th wheel. Norms took care of us and dealing with the insurance company. Looks good as new. Thanks.
We purchased an Arctic Fox 35-5Z from Norm,s in 2018. We were very pleased with the sales staff and had all of our questions answered, never felt pressured and were very satisfied with the experience and purchase. We found the parts and service department to be wonderful to work with. We had some items added at the time of purchase and everything was done on time and just as we were told, no surprises. We have been back on two occasions for some warranty work and to up grade a few things and again everything was done on time and very professional. Danny and the rest of the gang are great to work with and we feel they work very hard to take care of you and your rig. Jeff, Sandy and Bandit in the Grey Fox. P. S. After waiting for an appointment for three months, I took my RV in for warranty and other repairs that were not fixed the first time it was in. After it had been there for two weeks they preformed no work and Jose called me and asked me to pick-up my RV. Jose said they are no-longer going to do RV repairs and closing down there repair center.
Have utilized Norm's for several years now. I have always been happy with their work. The most recent was the front cap on my 2017 5th wheel had several spots where the clearcoat was flaking off. Jose contacted Forest River and got them to agree to repaint my front cap, at their expense. It came out better than expected.
Once again the staff at Norms RV has rescued me! I own a mobile dog grooming service and have been relying on Norms to keep me on the road for 20 years...their service is prompt and professional...the technicians are skilled and knowledgeable about all aspects of my van, including generator, plumbing and electrical issues...plus they are just a great group of people...
