In May 2020 I purchased an street ebike from a different retailer in San Diego. They basically gave me the bike with a bag that had the manual and charger in it. I figured out everything on my own but would have preferred at least a brief orientation. I then decided to get an emountain bike. The other retailer didn't gain any loyalty from me so I just looked around and found San Diego Fly Rides. Started off with their easy to use web site and great video reviews. Then moved on to setting an appointment. Trey did a great job at finding a bike that would best meet my needs. He could have pushed me to buy one in stock but he helped me determine that a bike on order was a better fit. I reserved the ordered bike and when it arrived, Max contacted me to set an appointment for the fitting/orientation. I met with him and he spent about 45 minutes fine tuning the bike to me and describing all of the features. San Diego Fly Rides has great customer service, is knowledgeable about their products, and the prices/deals were good. This was the type of experience that creates loyalty.

Fly rides has grown from a little hole in the wall shop to become the premier e bike retailer in San Diego. I have purchased several bikes from them and have always been super happy with the results. I have referred friends and would whole heatedly recommend them if you are looking for an e bike! Best deals, service and staff.. What else could you ask for!?
