Absolutely terrible!! We have been trying for weeks to get a septic tank put in. Constantly getting the run around. We get told that they will be out there and then no one every shows up. We keep calling to find out whats going on and he never answers his phone. We leave messages but he never calls back. So unprofessional. This is not the way to do business!! Would not recommend at all!!!

My husband and I have been dealing with this company long distance. We have numerous properties that have had to be repaired or had to have installs done. They have communicated with us by phone and on site when needed. The owner of this company is very easy to deal with and we have never had any doubt about what he’s told us. I have referred numerous folks to him and they have always been very pleased with his services.

Horrible experience. Needed inspection of my vacation property, was told had to be present. Set time to meet while on vacation and person we were supposed to meet forgot about us. Set to meet the next day was told inspection wouldn't be done until after we left so was going to send email with pictures and estimate, paid 100 upfront. This was last week of March, check was cashed April 1st. Never heard back, called person and office multiple times, texted person and never got a call back. Called office 5/28, was assured inspection was probably done but he forgot at his house and didn't bring to office. Today is 5/30 and still nothing, so I called the office and told the lady I just wanted my money back because if it takes 2 months for an inspection how long it will take for the actual service?! She didn't apologize, try to explain or anything, just asked where I wanted it sent. I gave her the address and she said it would be sent. I can't help but to wonder how long it will take to receive it or if I will receive it at all... Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
