Got a bad attitude from the guy at the desk as soon as we walked in. He told us if we wanted to look at the piece of equipment we were interested in renting, we could walk outside and find it ourselves. Couldn't be bothered to show us. No attempt to proactively offer advice on our project, just condescension. They won't even deliver equipment in East Hampton. You might as well rent at the Riverhead stores where they are glad to have you as a new customer.
