Walked into Powers Jewelry to see if they can remove watch links. I received great service and was greeted by the friendly staff members. Even though I wasn't there to purchase anything at the time, they still provided excellent service and were genuine. The link removal was done in fair time and for the cost of nothing. Definitely one of the 1st places I'm coming to when I need a piece of jewelry repaired or when I'm looking to purchase something in the future.

Power's is the best, I love that they are a family owned business! My husband got me the prettiest wedding band here, I couldn't believe how perfectly it fit with my engagement ring (which he purchased online). And when one of the stones fell out of my engagment ring they were able to order the stone, and replace it in about 1 week. I have worked with Kaity and Lorry, and both are super friendly and helpful.
