My boyfriend needed a circuit board. This guy said it would be better to replace the furnace. His quotes where TRIPLE of what other companies where for the same model of furnace. I knew the old owner of this company. The new owner seems to be a rip off artist. Find a new contractor.

The new ownership is absolutely awesome. I cannot say enough good things about them since taking over from the old ownership. Pozitive is an extremely professional and well run company. I have been using Pozitive for 7 years now. I am thoroughly impressed how the new ownership took over all of his accounts and treated us so well. Jovelle is really terrific handling the calls and customers. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. I was dispatched Roger the first time and now request him when needed. He is very knowledgeable and precise. I Really appreciate his professionalism and strong work ethic. He is kind and friendly but gets right to work. My experience with Jovelle and Roger has been the absolute best! I'd like to personally thank the new ownership for not leaving Positive's customers behind. They did not have to take care of us the way they did and that is telling of their honesty and character. Thank you for being an honest and reliable business.
