Frankly a terrible service from start to finish, I would definitely not recommend Eva as a clinic, at least not the one in Pozuelo (I don't know the others). The only positive was our gynaecologist Marisa, who was lovely but clearly overworked. The whole process is hugely impersonal, going from the tests in a random center in the city center where nobody knows who you are, the same can be said of the place where you actually have the treatment. As for the "sales" people who deal with the financial side, they were rude and trying their hardest to rip us off even though we had agreed a price with them beforehand.
