I am a property owner adjacent to a PPS rental property and due to weather and age our shared fence fell down. When I called them, Randi quickly worked with us and we were able to find a contractor that was fairly priced and could get the job done in a quick manner. In less than a week we had a brand new section of fence! I am so happy with the end result! Thanks Randi!

Randi at PPS is wonderful! Kind, responsive, and incredibly on top of things. She was definitely a good hire. In regards to a lot of the negative reviews, please keep in mind that a property management company, when managing private homes, does not get to decide what gets fixed and what doesn’t. Only the landlord does that. They can make recommendations and ask the landlord for a sign off, but if a property owner only allows for minimum repairs, there’s nothing they can do about that. In addition, you do not, I repeat you DO NOT get your application fee back, even if you get rejected. An application fee does not go into a company’s pocket. It’s not something they’re making money off of. That fee pays for your credit and background check. It’s gone whether you get approved or not. It’s a risk you take, and the company shouldn’t have to refund you from their own pockets if your credit sucks. A new point person in Randi and a solid understanding on how this process works should give you the confidence to give this company a try.
