One of the best if not the best places to visit if you are looking for a watch in Prague. They carry a wide selection of brands and models which are on display in the store. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and from my experience English speaking. The front of the store carries your run-of-the-mill brands such as Casio and is mostly Quartz oriented, the back of the store houses the mid and higher end watches, mostly mechanical/automatic and a service area where you can service watches at fair rates even if not purchased through Koscom. As mentioned earlier the staff is knowledgeable and will suggest alternative pieces to explore if you are interested, as well as explain the features, specs and will provide important to know information to keep your watch running precisely. They offer duty free shopping if you need it. Their prices are good and are often running promotions. They carry limited edition pieces so if you are looking for something on the rare side they might have it.

Terrible experiance with this shop. They have changed the glass on my watch 3 months ago, which was some kind of plastic which later melted in Dubai on 40 C. When i came back they have changed it again and of course charged me almost the full price. What i didnt notice when they changed it for the 2nd time that they have done something with the machanisam (as the watch is now showing slightly wrong time, i have the fossil q and probably they did something wrong by changing the glass). Unfortunately i could not come right away when i noticed the problem as i got injured and this morning when i came to ask to fix the watch they just sent me off saying that they only changed the galss and that i should have said it immediately... service from a lady working there, dont even want to comment. Rade
