Horrible staff. I have literally never met as rude and unprofessional people in my life as the ones who work their. They behave like the whole world owes them. The return policy of the shop is so complicated that it’s easier not to deal with this company at all

Absolutely terrible and useless staff. Literally no help at all and so sassy. They had so many staff but no one was helping any of the customers. My mom asked where the fitting rooms were and instead of physically showering her, she just told her directions for a massive store. Once we eventually found it, my mom did not like the shirt and gave it back to the girl who literally rolled her eyes at my mom. Please don’t support a company who obviously doesn’t care about its customers.

There was a big sale so it was good. However, there were 3 cashiers but only 1 was open, then 2, but there was already a long line. The lady at the cashier was unfriendly as well.
