Highly disappointed in O2 and it's employees, woman didn't know how to use system, how the tariffs works, she was providing wrong information for an hour, loosing time of two persons. I'll never ever will go to O2 and use theirs services.

Quite disappointed that only ONE employee speaks English in a high traffic store that neighbors a corporate hub. And that employee is not available during the lunch break. Vodafone support is definitely better in this aspect.
