Freindly welcome from English speaking receptionist and also good with giving advice about locality. Great location on the local cycle route and easy walking or cycling along cycle path to Praia de Mira where there is a fantastic beach. Also check out the ice cream parlour and bar opposite the seafaring statue on the seafront. Loved the campsite bar. Fabulous atmosphere, quality simple cooking and welcoming staff. Pitches amongst pine trees. Sanitary facilities basic but adequate and clean. Excellent swimming pool with bar. Overall good value and would stay here again.

We were disturbed on our first night at 2am with some drunk cretin who lives on the site creeping around our motorhome, totally unsettled us so we left the following morning, we did receive a full refund, staff very apologetic

Better than other camping sites in the area, but still not satisfying. The pool is dirty most of the time and the facilities would need some more attention.

Very well run, we have a dog and were able to camp easily . Excellent access to the lake and sea .
