I’ve been meaning to hop on here and give our post office a review.. I have been to many other post offices in the area and they are not the friendliest... I stepped foot into the Prairie Grove post office and will not go anywhere else!! The ladies and men that work there are by far some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Very friendly and happy people! They work hard day in and day out & the fact they can still remain just as friendly and don’t act bothered (like others offices) amazes me!!! Thanks for all your hard work!!

We just moved to Prairie Grove from Little Rock AR and we have been very pleased with our local Postal service. One of our first days in Prairie Grove we received an introductory post-it note in the mailbox from our local carrier. We have done a lot of online ordering due to Covid, and also online shopping getting our new house set up, and our deliveries have been consistently on time and in good condition. The local Post Office is in clean and well maintained condition.

Said we don’t have a mail box when we do and we have emails from them saying things will be delivered. They don’t call or even email if they are going to ship it back. We have had several packages and mail shipped to our mailbox from them before...

Window clerks are nice but carrier never delivered mail 1/2/18. Also more then once have put hold on delivery of mail & it gets delivered any way. Never have had such poor service.

Terrible! Can't deliver my mail. I get other people's mail all the time. AND it's impossible to get a hold of the carrier on issues. Update: the People at the Office are very friendly and personable. They helped me with the issue. I had a brand new carrier who was messing up, but it looks like everything has been resolved. Prairie Grove post office folks are great. The 1-877 number is terrible ( 50 min hold ? Forget it ). The local number is correct, just change the 501 to 479.

My packages are constantly lost or sent to my neighbours house. Once again today i had a package that said it was delivered and it wasnt. Ive currently have been on hold with usps customer service for 57 mins to file a claim about my package. Its really inconvenient to have to call customer service every other time you get a package delivered or go check my neighbor's house to see if it was sent over there. Update on this...the post office called me after the claim was filed and asked if Ichecked the mail box Of course I did or I wouldn't have reported the package missing. So the person who called said "we think they know where they might have delivered it by mistake and that they would call me back". I waited a couple of days and got no call back at all. So I called the company I ordered my package from and they resent my order for free. With no help from the post office.
