I have been to several chiropractors throughout the years and Active Health KC has definitely made their way to the top of the list. Soly was immediately helpful over the phone when making the consultation appointment and provided quick information regarding insurance coverage/benefits. Having only been the first appointment, I cannot speak to longterm effects of treatment - but, I can certainly speak to the atmosphere and likeliness of the staff. Dr. Cotter is fantastic! Dr. Cotter is friendly, knowledgable, and inclusive. With a holistic approach that is immediately sensed, I can already tell that I will enjoy working with Dr. Cotter for any chiropractic needs. Dr. Remsburg went through a complete analysis to determine the cause for my pain. I am thrilled with the treatment I received at Active Health KC. I'm a reluctant seeker of treatment, and had spent several days suffering with intense pain and limited neck mobility before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Remsburg. He took a thoughtful and thorough approach to diagnosing the source of my shoulder and neck pain. He applied several modalities to treating my muscle issue, including manual manipulation, adjustments, teaching me exercises, and dry needling (which was miraculous). My improvement after my appointment was dramatic, and I awoke the next morning with fully restored mobility and almost no pain. He had me check in two days later for a short follow-up treatment session, after which my recovery was 100%. I will never hesitate in the future to seek treatment for my sports injuries. Active Health KC is fantastic.
