I think most people only think to review this if they have a problem. I love this little post office. It's so convenient and the people working here are always helpful and friendly. Given how many offices have closed recently I wanted to promote this one because it is a good one and I hope it stays!
Was just in post office today (10/14) and postal worker was in the lobby working with no mask. I had to ask her to move over otherwise I would have been within inches of her to get in and out of postal boxes. Unacceptable with the current level of new Covid cases in Johnson County.

Today I was in this office, I wanted to send a package and make it easier through the machine, I asked the person for information how I can do it, was my first time used that, and that man who was working (27/04/2020) at 11 am, was super rude, no services, no answer questions, totally ignored by this human being. I care about the elderly when they ask questions, is this son of his mother acting the same with them? Come on... so I am here at home looking away from how I don’t need to deal with terrible services like this. It is understandable why this place has so bad reviews.
The guy that works there named Gabriel is not a very friendly person at all.

I’ve been waiting for a package they’ve sent through for about 5 days over the actual delivery date. I was told it was going to be here December 9th, then the 15th, and now it’s the 16th. My package said it was out for delivery then it hits 8 PM and they update my tracking to “awaiting delivery scan”. I can’t say how many times this post office has delayed my packages. I may just end up sending my packages to a friends home in a different city to avoid the hassle.
