Read this before you step in to prakash Store. I have been reviewed many business and have been an active contributor on Google Contributor network for years now this is one of the worst business I have met in years. I dont think this is the place you should go to buy any products, I gave this gentleman two chances still he failed and was very rude, if people dont worry about dignity and embarrassment then you can go and purchase here, First I bought a wet grinder which clearly says in the attached picture(wet grinderjuicer masala Drum) where the masala drum was not given when I asked him he said I need to pay extra and if I need Masala drum free of cost he asked me to GO TO the manufacturer and ask for myself which is very rude. Secondly my mom recently bought the same brand with the juicer and Masala drum for Rs.4600/- see the attached picture see what a price difference he has charged me. I felt that I have been looted and not justified, worse thing being rude attitude by the owner. The reason for this review is to stop someone from getting looted, I am not blaming on his business, of course business needs to make some reasonable profit but not looting from people. Reliability - A big fat No - I rate - 0 Value for Money - Definitely NO - 0 Customer Service - Never to expect from the Owner - Minus way down Good luck on your next purchase with prakash Stores as long as the product is working fine you are saved.
