It is worth visiting for sake of getting a panoramic view of confluence of 3 rivers. There is a legend that any pilgrimage to Kashi remain incomplete till the devotee visits the deity at Prakasha. There are many temples specially of Mahadeva. Another attraction is a barrage constructed on Tapi river. Few years back a musical convention was held with prominent local and Mumbai based artistes.
