Went by Prater ford just to look at the options on the 2020 F-250 comparing them to the Ram and Chevrolet just to see what all options where available. Was greeted by Mr Prater in the parking lot and told him I was just looking. So he sent Mr Nelson out to assist me and we discussed everything and went in his office to do paperwork. Everyone was very nice at the dealership and made sure I was taken care of. Needless to say they put me in a new truck within 30 minutes of me being there. I would recommend them to anyone. Very fast and courteous people to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything.

Service center is very slow. Schedule to have a oil change done. Was told it would only take 45 minutes so I waited. Over a hour and half later they finally got done with it. Very poor customer service.
