I bought a very good value for money car from them less than a month ago, Fair offer for my used car, very smooth process, responsive and fast, great service from Dimitri. The car I bought had a small issue with a piece that needed to be replaced and was not included in the guarantee, and they quickly reacted and covered the cost. Very good!

Good Experience, Highly Recommended. Bought a 2nd Hand VW California 6.1 Beach. Sidney Aebischer handled the sale, and was a very efficient. Paperwork, Leasing, and ultimately delivery were all very smooth. Was also available to get support post-sale with an erroneous service charge that should have been included in the Lease conditions.

After trying to book an appointment at the Basel city ASAG (they offered me an appointment for a month later), I was trying my luck at the ASAG Pratteln. They could offer me an appointment within two weeks (which is better but still too long) and the lady on the phone was very friendly. The appointment and the service went fine and relatively quick. Four stars because of the capacity of their mechanics. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Hello Bad experience with ASAG PRATTELN I have been there and after 20 min someone came and we tried to discuss, one price for cars on the website and another price 1000 CHF there for a same car. No interest for selling cars and very bad experience
